Harmony system

New renewal harmony system in the MetaMU server.

Harmony renewal system - the ability to add additional options to excellent and ancient sets. 

NPC Elpis

NPC Jerridon

Higher refining stone -  can be created from excellent items (minimum level +4) with a success rate of 50%. 
now, these jewels are used only for harmony option removal.
